Kadri Muhiddin
Kadri Muhiddin, Chairman of the board, is an accomplished aviation expert with more than 40 years experience in aircraft/ engine heavy maintenance, overhaul and modification.

Kadri Muhiddin is an aeronautical engineer, has a FAA private pilot license and EASA technician certificate and is a Fellow member of the Royal Aeronautical Society in the UK.

Kadri Muhiddin is the Chairman of the Board of AMAC Aerospace and GAMIT Group Companies as well as Tailwind Airlines. He has powerful insights and knowledge about the industry. He has built a good commercial network with associations and has a comprehensive knowledge about financial, commercial and legal requirements in the industry.

Mehmet Bostan
Mehmet Bostan was born in Darmstad, Germany in 1966. He graduated from Saint Benoit French Middle School, Istanbul Atatürk Science High School and had a bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.

He worked in managerial positions in maintenance, quality and safety departments of several aviation companies. He has a private pilot license and technician certificate.

He has been working in several positions in Tailwind Airlines since 2009 and appointed as the Managing Director in 2018. He is married and he has a son named Ali.
Burak Arkun
Burak Arkun
Burak Arkun was born in Istanbul in 1975. He graduated from St. George's Austrian High School and has a bachelor's degree from University of Istanbul - Faculty of Economics.

For over 20 years he worked in various executive roles such as Senior Audithor, Finance Director, Country Manager, Board Member in large organizations like Deloitte- USA based audit and finacial advisory firm, Omsan Logistics – a subsidiary of Turkish Army Pension Fund.

He has an international executive management experience based in countries France, Spain, Germany, Romania, Russia, Azerbaijan, Morocco, Italy total 10 years.

Burak Arkun is a member of the Board of Directors and acting as CFO/Deputy General Manager in Tailwind Airlines since 2017.

Meanwhile he is a certified puplic accountant-CPA granted by Ministry of Finance Turkey and holding the “UDY-3” International Cargo Transport License granted by Ministry of Transport-Turkey.
